public comment on federal register of 4/5/06 vol 71 #65 pg 17003 40 cfr part 51 and 93 oar 2004 049l frl 8055-3 rin 2060 an60 fine particulate matter 2.5 i want all "prescribed" planned forest fire/vegetation burning to also be monitored for fine particulate matter. the source doesnt matter. what matters is letting our air be polluted by anyone and also by the n egative health effects that follow these planned, deliberate attempts to poison americans. the pneumonia, asthma, allergies, heart attacks, strokes and lung cancer that follow release of the fine particulate matter and mercury that emanates from prescribed planned forest burning by our u.s. federal agencies like national park service, forest service, usda, bureau of land management, etc. MUST BE STOPPED BY EPA.
