I am writing because I'm very concerned about the proposed rule change regarding the calculation of air pollution in or near national parks. To make a yearly average calculation rather than a real time calculation would be absurd. If you make this change you and your families would become, like President Bush, seen as the pariahs of american history who were willing to sell out the public health and well being for monetary profits. How is that any different than policies in China, Russia and most of the eastern European and dictator controlled Arabic countries? Is this really the legacy you want to leave your children?
