public comment on federal register of 4/11/06 vol 71 #69 reducing the burden on the profiteers who import halon when they know it is a deadly poison for our world. i am not interested in "lessening the burden" of recordkeeping on the depraved profiteers who import halon and use it when they know it is a deadly poison for this world. they should have to keep records up the wazoo. i care abouit the lives of people in this world and am not willing to let this kind of poison keep on being used. it should be totally banned. b. sachau 15 elm st florham park nj 07932
