public comment on federal register of 4/ll/06 vol 71 #69 pg 18219 epa 40 cfr part 82 oar 2005 0131 frl 81577-5 rin 2060 am46 i oppose this rule. i see no reason for using a substance that affects the protection of all peoples from cancer. this is unacceptable to allow any use of halon. b. sachau 15 elm st florham park nj 07932
