public comment on federal rgister of 7/18/06 vol 71 #137 pg 40718 docket 2005 0172 frl 8198-8 ozone the risk assessment which you are basing what you allow is far too generous to the profiteers who pollute. the lax standards you have set for risk assessment means that far too many americans will die of lung infections, heart attacks, strokes, asthma, allergies and pneumonia. we need higher standards. these are not high enough. somebody with political pull got the risk assessments to be much too lax. they are leading to injury and death for americans. i want the standards to be set much more rigorous so that the air is cleaner and more healthful. what you have presented is lax and unhealthy for americans and all. b. sachau 15 elm st florham park nj 07932
