public comment on federal register of 11/3/06 vol 71 #213 pg 64668 frl 8239-6 40 cfr part 82 docket 2006 0159 rin 2060 an81 stratospheric ozone protection if we rely on epa to protect the ozone, its as good as getting no protection for the strato ozone. epa is lax. they let the profiteers get away with murder. and i do mean murder. look how this agency said the air around ground zero was "safe" to breathe an dnow people are dying from it. i want no exemptions for any uses that invades our strato ozone. nothing is worth it. if we allow exemptions, the profiteers will NEVER be forced to find a substitute. stop the destruction of ozone now. b. sachau 15 elm st florham park nj 07932
