The attached comments are submitted by the Griffin Wheel Company. The comments are concerning the proposed Area Source NESHAP for Iron and Steel Foundries. Also attached is a section of Griffin Wheel's Kansas City facility Title V permit concerning fugitive emission opacity readings as discussed on page four of our comments.
