Having many operations potentially subject to NSPS 40 CFR Part 60, Subpart VV, The Dow Chemical Company (Dow) has a strong interest in recently proposed changes. Dow has started review of the proposal, but holiday schedules make it very difficult to meet a commenting deadline of January 8, 2007.
