I already have a PTIN. I don't see the need to apply for another one.
I am already regualted by AICPA and OSCPA, and circular 230.
I am already required to complete 40 hours of CPE each year, much of which is in the aea of taxation.
I feel that CPAs and Attorneys should be entirely exempt from this regulation, if they already have a PTIN.
