Liberty and freedom are two thing that most Americans hold dear. That said if the EPA revises the Clean Air Act to designate Carbon Dioxide as hazardous, you will infringe on American's liberties and freedom, drive the country into a depression based on anecdotal evidence tha CO2 is hazardous. With all due respect, the concept of carbon footbprint and and carbon dioxide is enviornmental activist gobbletygook with little or no basis in fact. Like global warming. the books have been "cooked," so to speak. If plants and trees need CO2 to grow and flourish, and we as human and most living things are carbon based, why are you even considering such action? In my opinion, worry more about water pollution and its effects not to mention drilling for oil in the the Gulf. Why? Economic growth plus from a strategic standpoint the Chinese Communists and others have laid claim to oil field in the area. I highly recommend studying free market economics and the effect of decreased government regulation on the economy, freedom, and liberty. Thank You.
