UNTIL YOU CAN PROMISE COMPLETE PROTECTION OF EVERY AMERICAN IN THIS COUNTRY. PLEASE THINK!! IF I OWN AN ANIMAL AND IT ATTACKS A PERSON I AM CRIMINALLY LIABLE. IF A FEDERAL OR STATE PARK FAILS TO CONTROL THEIR WILD ANIMALS AND CANNOT PROTECT ITS PATRONS 100% THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED ASAP!! SO YES, I FEEL EVERY PATRON SHOULD ENTER A PARK AT THEIR OWN RISK ONLY IF THEY ARE ABLE TO DEFEND THEMSELVES. IF NOT THE FEDERAL,STATE,OR LOCAL GOV. PASSING A BANN SHOULD BE HELD LIABLE FOR LOSES AND PRISON TIME. NEGLAGENCE IS NOT LEGAL IN AMERICA.
