The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, Air Pollution Control Division, is providing comment on the "NODA Regarding Potential Changes to the Required Ozone Seasons for Colorado, Kansas and Utah." Complete comments are in the attached file. In summary: 1. Colorado does not agree that data for December exceed a 0.060 ppm threshold. 2. Colorado does not see a compelling need for a change to the existing ozone season. 3. If a new requirement were to be promulgated, Colorado would request appropriate financial considerations be provided.
