The EPA is exceeding its congressionally determined authority, most recently in Texas in the matter of requiring filings that could jeaprodize schools, churches and small businesses. EPA has become the loudest in a now shrinking choir of "global warming" alarmists, but the motive is less about air than about power. You all know, don't you, that the new Congress will have the usual powers of subpoena, hearings, etc., and that EPA leadership will be summoned to explain these worrisome and probably unlawful initiatives. I think it's time to exercise a discipline on your ideology.
