Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gases

There are still errors in the updated proposed rule. The definition of Mscf is still defined as million standard cubic feet. Also, in Table C-2, Plastics, Petroleum Coke, Propane Gas, and Fuel Gas were omitted.
