EPRI appreciates the opportunity to comment on the proposed Information Collection Request (ICR). EPRI has focused its comments on the statistical validity of the proposed selection of coal-fired sites for ICR Part III testing, as well as on the practical utility of the required testing protocols for hazardous air pollutants (HAPs) and potential surrogates.
