I would like to comment on the proposed ruling effecting the banning or limiting of coal. I do not believe that this will in any way be a positive effect. I have personal knowledge and information from an informed source that we humans do not in fact cause the damage. Also since China is such a major contributer to what you are concerned with that anything we do cannot help or hurt.
