Deregulation is the ONLY answer to problems. Look to the 1970s with airline deregulation - it created the great airline industry we have today by GOVERNMENT STAYING OUT OF EVERYONE'S BUSINESS!!! Requiring testing and "control" of aircraft engines will just put undue burden on the airline industry. SAVE THE COUNTRY ----- ELIMINATE THE EPA!!!
