There is no reason why the EPA should extend the dealine for cement plants to meet the new emission standards until 2015. They have had decades to met these standards. The technology provided by Global Technologies/MSE can allow the cement plant to meet these new standards and is cost effective. Please, do not allow cement plants to keep polluting our air. This pollution effects the health and lives of millions of people. Please make the cement plants be responsible by making them meet these new standards by 2013. Best regards, Tammy Bates
