RE: (Document ID EPA-HQ-OAR-2011-0435-0001) My comment is that we should select good plastic resin. My business uses polyolefin resin 70% and the rest of 30% is old waste rice. This is the rice plastic business. We just started rice plastic trash bags. Polyolefin doesn’t generate poison gases. Also, I agree the EPA will establish standards for emissions from previously unregulated emission points in Group IV. If State or city can support for using biomass energy companies, our business will help our environment. Currently, Italian government supports Biomass energy companies.
