Under the previous presidential administration, and under today's House leadership, we have seen an erosion of environmental regulation, which is deleterious to all life on our planet. While it's true that nothing Man can do can "destroy the earth," there is much currently happening that is toxifying the biosphere that we have no choice but to live within. I strongly endorse the EPA's efforts to limit any and all sources of pollution and biosphere degradation, and respectfully but strongly demand you step up to lead our country towards a cleaner, healthier and more scientifically-literate future. Factory farms and industry must be regulated wisely and stridently. Again, "the planet" will survive; life, however, is in grave peril. Respectfully, Steven Silz-Carson Biologist
