Public Comment on EPA's National Enforcement Initiatives for Fiscal Years 2014-2016

Please focus more on enforcing existing laws and regulations than creating more work with new laws and regulations. I think we have more than enough already, but the enforcement of those is somewhat lacking. It's a common problem in our governmental system and it would be nice to see EPA take control of enforcement of regulations already on the books before expanding the purview further and diluting the effects of the entire body of work. Thank you.
