To whom it may concern, I feel that the root cause of this problem is not in the response time of the US Coast Guard or Navy, but in the enforcement of the regulation safety inspections of the offshore drilling wells and platforms off the coast of the United States. With the US military fighting two wars in Southwest Asia, I feel that the response time to oil disasters falls second to the root cause of the Deep Horizon Oil Spill disaster. With stricter enforcement of these inspections, we would not be talking about this incedent. We should take the profit money of the British Protroleum CEOs and Executives and use that money to beef up the EPA. With more money funneled into the EPA, more inspectors could be hired to regulate offshore drilling. Sincerely, George Scheer
