To Whom it May Concern: To ban the use of PCNB as a fungicide to control snow mold diseases would develop a hardship in maintaining the golf course here in Ohio. I depend on a economical fungicide to control the snow mold thru the winter months. By using alternative chemicals to control this disease would add thousands of dollars to my chemical budget. We are on a tight budget at our Club and this would cause excessive spending and give us a problem in managing our operation. I wish you would reconsider banning PCNB. This chemical effectively and economically controls the snow mold diseases when properly applied to the golf course. I am a licensed chemical applicator and a steward of our environment. Regards Robert Radachi CGCS
