Pursuant to 21 U.S.C. ? 346a(g) and 40 C.F.R. Part 178, the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) objects to the final regulation issued under 21 U.S.C. ? 346a(d)(4), establishing and increasing tolerances for pesticide chemical residues of pyraclostrobin. 71 Fed. Reg. 17014 (April 5, 2006). The justification for NRDC?s objection is attached.
