n-octyl bicycloheptene dicarboximide
docket 2005 0040 frl 8065-9
only a zero exemption, zero residue should apply for any use. in fact, it would be
better to never allow this product to be manufactured or sold. it is a possible
carcinogen and we should never allow any such product to be used without
knowing if it is or is not. fish are harmed by it. zooplankton have trouble from it.
i do not think it is worth using and should be banned.
one has to wonder where the "protection" part of this agency shows up. i have
never seen it.
one also has to wonder why thousands upon thousands of toxic chemicals are
allowed to be spread on this earth with absolutely no combinant testing. we know
when chemicals combine, they can be two thousand times as toxic as when alone.
