Pursuant to 21 U.S.C. ? 346a(g) and 40 C.F.R. Part 178, the Natural Resources Defense Council objects to the final regulation issued under 21 U.S.C. ? 346a(d) (4), establishing tolerances for pesticide chemical residues of boscalid in or on leafy greens or leafy petioles (subgroups 4A and 4B).
