Sulfuryl Fluoride; Request for Stay of Tolerances

View Comment

Since Sulfuryl Fluoride contains fluoride which we already have too much of in our foods and water, its accumulative effects and the application of this chemical to foods without our permission, I believe the government must ban this practice. No safe limits exists & why another unsafe pestiside? I eat organic and raw produce that includes nuts and seeds and certainly do not want pestiside residues in my food. Also, the EPA goes against its own evidence to the harmfull effects of this substance and then says it is OK even though no one knows the long-term consequences to this type of exposure.
