To Whom It May Concern: Today I wish to speak on the TOXIC CHEMICAL FLOURIDE. Please know that there is evidence of this chemicals toxic effect on the populace, and is down right outlawed in other countries. As the EPA, you are obligated, and we the people expect you to uphold your duty to protect me & my family, also you and your family from this TOXIC FOOD FUMIGANT. Why is the UNITED STATES always behind other countries. THIS HAS TO CHANGE AND MUST CHANGE! Thank you very much for your attention to this matter. Musti Pina
