docket 2005 0293 federal register of 8/16/06 vol 71 #158 pg 47210 frl 8080-2 cypermetrhin lasts 8 weeks insoil as a toxic. it is highly toxic to fish, bees and water insects, meaning birds have only poison to eat. that alone is enough to say stop using it, making it. stop poisoning mother earth. we are soaked in poisons in this country. epa should be called the environmental non protection agency. this agency does no combinant testing. toxic chemicals, when combined, can be two thousands times as toxic. none of this kind of testing has been done on this chemical. what negligence. making americans into guinea pigs for poisons. our food should never be grown by use of these poisons. b. sachau 15 elm st florham park nj07932
