40 cfr part 180 federal register of 5/3/06 vol 71 #85 pg 25961 docket 2005-0540 frl 8063-2 azoxystrobin - is toxic by inhalation, a skin irritant, leads to sensitization, is a danger to fish and aquatic life and this federal agency wants to unleash it on the world anyway. does this agency operate under catch 22?
