public comment onf ederal register of 8/2/06 vol 71 #148 pg 43742 docket 2006 0352 frl 8080-8 sodium cyanide there is no real information available on the safety of this product. it is suspected of causing gastrointestinal and liver problems, nerve toxicant, reproductive toxicant and respiration toxicant. why would you ever approve the use of this product when not enough is known about it. why would you make the american public guinea pigs who do not know they are being poisoned. this product should be required to submit all kinds of safety testing on people, not on dogs. dogs and other animals have different dna than people and their abuse in testing proves nothing of safety in people. thalidomide tested just fine on animals and took limbs off humans. this kind of testing on animals started in 1500 a.d. and is obsolete now when dna is the correct measure. using such an obsolete tests on dogs, cats, primates, cows, rabbits, etc. has absolutely no measure of safety for people. it is time to outlaw these abusive tests completely. why doesnt this agency move into the twenty first century instead of the l6th century practices? b. sachau 15 elm st florham park nj 07932
