I would like to make a statement in favor of receiving an emergency exemption Section 18 label for Tosoro (pyridalyl) for control of diamondback moth caterpillar in collards. It is apparent that we are having serious resistance problems with our current arsenal of insecticides and this addition would add a needed material to be used in alternation with our current products. If we do not get a special label for this material, I am afraid we will be suffering dire circumstances in controlling diamonback moth caterpillar as we move into our fall and winter production season for collards. Thank you.
