public comment on federal register of 8/11/06 vol 71 #155 docket 2006 0678-0001 frl 8085-8 acequinocyl - california has made some tests on rats and dogs that show to me that this product should not be sold, manufactured or used on this earth. i very much oppose the approval of this product for use. i think zero exemptions should be given, zero residue should be the only standard for use and i oppose this proposal. is ee not any data showing safety. i see no combinant data showing how this combines with the thousands of other toxic chemicals out there. some chemical cocktails can become two thousand times as strong when combined making a toxic brew that kills all. b. sachau 15 elm st florham park nj 07932
