Petition to Amend Certain FIFRA Section 25(b) Pesticide Products; Notice of Availability

The Association of American Pesticide Control Officials (AAPCO) is an organization made up of state lead agencies who implement the EPA's pesticide programs in the field. AAPCO strongly supports the CSPA petition to bring 25(b) materials under the EPA's regulatory purview. We submit as comments a petition passed by our membership at its summer meeting in August along with the cover letter we previously submitted to Administrator Johnson with the petition. We stand ready to help the EPA as they consider this petition and the appropriate regulatory scheme for these materials.
