public comment on federal register of 4/4/07 vol 72 #64 pg 16281 epa 40 cfr part 180 docket 2006-0731 frl 8120-4 diphenylmaine the only allowed residue should be .0001 ppm not 5 parts per million. this application in my opinion was made by a shill for toxic chemical profiteer. we just had plastics turning up in pet food, and they dont even know if its in human food and this kind of far too careless application of toxic chemical residues is harming life on earth in my opinion. americans carry around 48l toxic chemicals in their body and then they have to wonder why they got cancer. we need to be much more careful than this kind of regulation promotes. we need to be much more careful of what we allow to be injected onto this earth. testing on rats thru a few lifetimes does not in any way show that this product is safe for humans. testing on animals is not relevant to what this kind of toxic chemical does to humans, including little babies of 8 lbs. b. sachau 15 elm st florham park nj 07932
