Dear Sir/Madam, I have been directly involved in the U.S., Codex, and NAFTA crop grouping revision projects. I have noticed in the proposed rule some mistakes and confusions in the introduction part of the document, specifically in Part, B. International Considerations. I have rewritten this part marked in red color in the attached proposed rule. There were also a couple of added words in other parts marked in red color.
