I am a commercail Apllicator in Iowa. I spray for neighbors most of the summer. i am concerned about the "zero tolorance". That is unacheiveable. With todays technology, testing can find ppb. It is not possible, no matter how careful and how much you follow the label, to meet this. Don't try to tell me that it won't be inforced. I know the way you and other people use the law to meet their own needs.
