public comment on federal register of 11/1/06 vol 71 docket 2006 0783 frl 8095-4 bt vip3a in corn attention alan reynolds there should be no temporary exemption given for this genetically altered material. there should be zero exemptions. there should be a zero tolerance only. we are opposed to genetic alterations. b.s achau 15 el mst florham prk nj 07932
