The Industry Task Force II on 2,4-D Research Data comments: Errors in the "Proposed Tolerance Actions" FR Notice Vol. 72, No. 108, 40 CFR 180-142. - Page 31226, First column, second paragraph, line 7 and line 18: The berry group is stated as Group 14 on both lines. That should be changed to Group 13. Group 13 is correctly listed in the summarized tolerances page 31235, first column. - Page 31226, Third column, third paragraph, line 10: The same mistake, the berry group is stated as Group 14. That should be Group 13. - Page 31227, second column, last sentence: Notice that Group 14 is correctly listed as the "nut, tree, group 14." - All of the tolerances for 2,4-D were checked and appear to be correct.
