public comment on federal register of 8/29/07 vol 72 #167 pg 49689 epa 40 cfr oart 179 docket 2007-0182 frl 8143-3 dibase esters 95481-62-2 there should be zero exemptions granted. there should be zero tolerance for this toxic chemical. the test results show a real tendency to harm i do not think this product should ever be sold or manufactured ever. b. sachau 15 elm st florham park nj 07932
