PUBLIC COMMENT ON DOCKET 2007-0346 - BOTH BT APPLICATIONS MONSANTO HAS SOME PRIOR CITATIONS FROM THE US GOVERNMENT WHERE THEY HAD TO PAY FINES FOR ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEMS, DONT THEY? DOESNT THAT MAKE THE GOVT AGENCIES LOOK TWICE WHEN THIS COMPANY WITH A KNOWN LESS THAN STELLAR PAST ASKS FOR EXEMPTIONS? I BELIEVE THERE SHOULD BE NO EXEMPTION AT ALL FOR EITHER OF THESE BT APPLICATIONS. I BELIEVE THERE SHOULD CERTIANLY BE NO PERMANENT EXEMPTIONS. I BELIEVE THAT BT HAS HARMFUL EFFECTS AND THIS FULL SCALE ATTEMPT TO ALLOW THIS KIND OF PLANT AFFECTOR MAY IN TIME LEAD TO PROBLEMS FOR AMERICA. WE DONT NEED TO RUSH. WE NEED THIS COMPANY TO DO MORE TESTING. LIKE LONG TIME 20 YEAR TESTING BEFORE IT IS MANUFACTURED OR SOLD. B. SACHAU 15 ELM ST FLORHAM PARK NJ 07932
