public comment on federal register of 11/21/07 vol 72 #223 pg 65572 attention kevin shea and peter caulkins docket 2007 0400 frl 8156-5 aminopyridine is a poison to kill and murder innocent birds. it excites the central nervous system and is deadly to mammals as well. it is a bird poison and avicide. it is used by those "kindly" old farmer profiteers who need to kill and murder birds in their fields, and does poison and pollute mammals and the ground. this product should never be re registered and allowed to be sold in the us. it is a poison. we dont need it. we dont want to poison birds. we dont want to poison mammals. those who do are human pond scum and should never be allowed to continue to operate in this murderous manner. this product is a danger to all americans. b. sachau 15 elm st florham park nj 07932
