public comment on federal register of 7/25/07 vol 72 docket 2007j-0426-0001 comment due 8/24/07 you will have to repost this one as it is not available on computers. i tried to open the report on the proposal and it does not open. please repost and put it on the federal register too so that the public truly has an opportunity to respond. how can this regulations website be so sloppy in public notice as it is. every day there is a problem with. and why shouldnt it have on it every single proposal that the federal register website has on it? the regulations website also does not come on line at a unifrom time in the morning. its proposals to the public are far far too sloppy. i think some people need to be fired in this agency. b. sachau 15 elm st florham park nj 07932
