public comment on federal register of 12/26/07 vol 72 #246 pg 72963 epa 40 cfr part l80 docket 2007 0545 frl 8342-l aspergillis flavus af 36 on corn attention shana bacchus temporary exemption should be denied. no exemption should be given at any time in any way in any manner. the tolerance should be set. this agency routinely harms the american public by giving exemptions far far too easily under a standard that has holes in it, in my opinion. i do not believe this agency is keeping america safe at all. the insects are harmed by this corn. we need to keep corn made the same way that nature refined it over thousand of years. this monkeying around by commercial profiteers will get us in trouble and has gotten this agency and other profiteers in trouble. we need to be far more rigourous than this agency currently is. no approval shoudl be given. b. sachau 15 elm st florham park nj07932
