public cmoment on federal register of 9/12/07 vol 72 pg 52127 epa docket 2007 0884 frl 8145-4 experimental use of bt by bayer there has been far too much contamination by this open planting which is invasive to neighbors. neighbors are never notified of the potential for damage to their own crops. people are never notified what might be lurking in the fields of their neighbors. i think that kind of secretive government is against the principles of democracy. if you want to plant there, you had better ask the neighbors what they think of your planting there. you dont even notify them. this kind of secretive invasion is absolutely and totally wrong. bayer should have to plant this in a greenhouse research facility. and it shoudl be along term test of twenty to thirty years before it is unleashed on the public. i am sick and tired of the american public being treated like guinea pigs by rich profiteers.. b.s chau 15 elm st florham park nj 07932
