I don't think celebrity endorsements or charity tie-ins are appropriate for the
labels on hazardous pesticides.
Isn't it bad enough that we have corporations like Avon and Kmart encouraging
the purchase of petrochemically-based perfumes and perfumed products to fund
Breast Cancer research, when we know (if we're willing to look at the facts)
that these chemicals may cause or exacerbate any cancer?
Please read what noted cancer researcher Dr. Samuel Epstein says about
pesticides and other household poisons on his Cancer Prevention website.
http://www.healthy-communications.com/cancerpage.html
And please don't even consider allowing poison manufacturers to send the kinds
of mixed messages to consumers being proposed on pesticide labels.
