TETRACONOZONE SHOULD BE DENIED A PERMIT TO BE SOLD. IN MY
OPINION, THE LIVER TOXICITY IS A PROBLEM. LONG TERM TESTS ON
PEOPLE SHOULD BE REQUIRED. I DO NOT BELIEVE THIS PRODUCT IS
SAFE TO USE. I SEE NO REASON WHY IT WOULD BE GIVEN ANY PERMIT
EXCEPT THE FAR TOO COZY RELATIONSHIP OF EPA WITH TOXIC
POLLUTERS THAT HAS EXISTED FOR FAR TOO LONG. EPA HAS
APPROVED EVERY SINGLE TOXIC CHEMICAL THAT HAS COME BEFORE IT
FOR THE PAST 17 YEARS, EVIDENCING NO DISCRIMINATION IN THEIR
WORK.
EPA NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN AND RECONSTITUTED. IT IS NOT
PROTECTING THE AMERICAN PUBLIC, WHOSE HEALTH HAS GONE
DOWNWARD BELOW THIRD WORLD NATIONS UNDER BUSH/CHENEY AND
THEIR COMMITMENT TO WALL STREET EXCESSES AND EVERY OTHER
RICH MFR.
