In response to a Federal Register Notice (December 10, 2008, Vol. 73, No. 238, Pages 75105-75115), “Notice of Receipt of Requests to Voluntarily Cancel Certain Pesticide Registrations”, Bayer CropScience is withdrawing its request to voluntarily cancel SLN Registration 000264-WA-81-0033 for use of TEMIK 15G Aldicarb Pesticide (EPA Reg. No. 264-330) on drybeans and beans grown for seed. Please refer to attached letter dated December 16, 2008.
