These comments are submitted in response to USEPA’s proposal to revoke certain azinphos methyl (AZM) tolerances, which was published in the Federal Register on December 31,2008. The Chilean Exporters Association (hereafter ASOEX) opposes this revocation and requests that USEPA keep the existing fresh fruit tolerances in place. For more details, please see attached.
