Anonymous public comment

i dont think govt officials should be sending in comments that may not reflect the feeling of the citizens of the state that they purport to be writing for. i see no evidence that this govt emplioyee, using his office, has asked the citizens of the state that he is representing WHAT THEY THINK OF THIS PROPOSAL. I THINK WE CANNOT CONTINUE TO ACCEPT A FEW GOVT EMPLOYEES SAYINGS ANY MORE THAN AS THE VIEWPOINT OF ONE PERSON, EVEN THOUGH THEY USE OFFICIAL GOVT STATIONERY AND OFFICIAL GOVT PROMINENCE. UNLESS THEY HAVE ASKED THE CITIZENS OF THE STATE, WHOSE TAX DOLLARS THEY ARE USING, WHETHER THEY SUPPORT A PROPOSAL. I THINK THIS ACCEPTANCE OF THIS KIND OF COMMENT IS WRONG AND DESTROYS THE RIGHTS OF THE PUBLIC TO MAKE COMMENTS.
